Servi-Tech in Ukraine - Part One
Servi-Tech Laboratories' senior lab agronomist Fred Vocasek is in Ukraine this December as part of a growing relationship between Ukraine, Servi-Tech, and American agriculture as a whole. You can follow Fred's adventures at servitech.com/news or by following us on our Facebook and Twitter feeds with the hashtag #ServiTechinUkraine.
I am currently in the central part of Ukraine.
Kyiv (the capital city) is in north central Ukraine. My host and organizer is Bridges, headquartered in Kyiv and owned by a couple (Vlad Konovalchuk and Lina Dotsenko). Their business objective is to build bridges between Ukrainian agribusiness and American agribusiness.
I will be headed to northeast Ukraine and, as I understand, not too far from the Russian border, but in very Ukraine-friendly territory.
